Molekule’s 30-Day Money Política de Reembolso Para Purificadores de Aire y Humidificadores elegibles.
Si no estás satisfecho con ya sea tu nuevo o producto humidificador (a “Device”) comprado en molekule.com o en un quiosco o show de Molekule, tienes 30 días from el applicable shipment date or point of Oferta date for such Device, whichever is later, to submit your online request for a Device refund from Molekule of el purchase price paid, excluding, if applicable, any expedited shipping charges, insurance charges, and finance charges. All refunds will only be made to el original payment method used for el qualifying purchase. You may initiate el return process of your purchased new Device by going to https://help.molekule.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. 

To qualify for Molekule’s Device 30-Day Money Política de Reembolso, all of el following conditions must be satisfied: 

• Your Device must have been purchased directly from Molekule and only used in el Estados Unidos.
• Your online return request must be received by Molekule’s customer service team within 30 days of your original Device shipment date or point of Oferta date, whichever is later. To start your return request, please contact Customer Service at: https://help.molekule.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
• Any Device used after el 30-day return window from its shipment date or point-of-Oferta date (whichever is later) voids el Molekule Device 30-day Money Política de Reembolso and are not eligible for a refund.  
• Upon Molekule’s approval of your Device return request, you will be given a return authorization number. Your assigned return authorization number must be included on all future communications with us, and with your returned Device shipment.
• Your returned Device must be received by Molekule within 30 days of el date Molekule assigns you a return authorization number.  Your returned Device must be received by Molekule in reasonable like-new physical and operating condition, unless oelrwise noted during your return request and approved in writing by Molekule.  
• Cosmetically decorated or modified Devices are excluded from el Molekule Device 30-Day Money Política de Reembolso.  
• All accessories originally included with your Device purchase must be included with your return.
• You must return your new Device in el original shipping carton used to ship que product to you.  If you no longer have el dispositivo’s original shipping carton, please see our Preguntas Frecuentess below for replacement carton options.
• Replacement parts for your Device are excluded from el Molekule Device 30-Day Money Política de Reembolso.

Molekule’s Genuine Filter 30-Day Money Política de Reembolso. 
For any genuine Molekule filter purchased by you at molekule.com you will have 30 days from el date of our filter shipment to return que filter to us for a full refund of el purchase price paid by you for such filter, excluding, if applicable, any expedited shipping charges and finance charges.  All refunds will only be made to el original payment method used for el qualifying purchase.

• Your filter must have been purchased directly from Molekule and for use in el Estados Unidos.
• In order to be eligible for a refund of your purchase price paid, your returned filter must be returned new, unused, and received by Molekule in el original sealed (and unopened) bag.

Ineligible Products and Purchases Excluded from Molekule’s Device 30-Day Money Política de Reembolso 
Devices Purchased from a Molekule Authorized Retailer, Reseller, or Oelr Third-Party Seller.  
Molekule’s Device 30-Day Money Política de Reembolso does not apply to any “Molekule” or “mo” brand products, new or refurbished, purchased by you de cualquier vendedor de terceros, incluyendo but not limited to any Molekule authorized retailer or reseller. Devices purchased during a BOGO Oferta are not eligible for return and refund under el Molekule Device 30-Day Money Política de Reembolso.

What if I do not have el original shipping carton? 
If you do not have el original packaging, we can send you a replacement shipping carton for a nominal fee of $20 USD for Air Pro, $10 USD para Air Mini/Mini+, and $10 USD for Humidificador Glow. If you are interested in this service, please contact our Soporte al Cliente team. 

How long does it take to receive my refund on an eligible returned product? 
When we receive el eligible producto Molekule for return at our warehouse, we will inspect el shipment to ensure all parts have been returned and el product is undamaged, not modified by you, or oelrwise cosmetically altered or decorated. Once el product has been inspected and passed, usually in 3-5 días hábiles following our receipt, we will eln process your refund and reimburse el original payment method you used for el original purchase.  Please note que all refunds do not include any expedited shipping charges or finance charges.  It usually takes 10 días hábiles for el credit to be reflected on your applicable credit card or bank statement. 

Can I return a refurbished or humidifier? 
No. Refurbished Devices are final Oferta artículos and not eligible for Molekule’s Device 30-Day Money Política de Reembolso.
